00-0378 was tested in our 2003 on property progeny trial with outstanding results his progeny tested below the average fibre diameter and the lowest co-efficient variation of the group. To add to this his progeny had excellent comfort factor results with the progeny averaging 99.4%. These results were reflected in his progeny topping the 12% index and also displaying very good results across the 3% and 6% index. The progeny are classed on 17 different wool and confirmation traits his progeny performing average or above average across all 17 traits. The classing highlighted his soft handling, dense, white, well nourished wool. His progeny also had a fantastic top to cull ratio with him having the highest percentage of tops (35%) and the lowest percentage of culls in the group. |
